I, too, have used several deck tools on the market and then I tried the Hardwood Wrench from Ipe Clip, and to my surprise it done everything it said it would! I was skeptical because of the many features of other wrenches that didn't work like they claimed. It is worth every penny to contractors because it will cut your time down, which will result in more earnings!

I read a few of these reviews and was still a little sceptical if the hardwood wrench really worked as good as claimed. So I decided to order one and give it a shot since I have tried all the others out there anyway. I have to admit, I was very impressed with how easily it locks into place and the amount of force it can generate. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone who is in need of a good quality board straightener.

I am in the prcess of installing a deck over existing joists. These joists are 2", not the normal 1". The Hardwood Wrench is made to expand, with the simple moving of a pin, that allows it to fit the larger joists. I did look at other products and this is the only one I found that could adjust. Great idea!

I just finished my deck in time for Spring. What an amazing tool! This saved me many hours and lots of frustration. My deck was completed in less than the time expected, to which my wife is greatful. Thanks!

We build a lot of covered porches with T&G Ipe. Works especially well with this as you need to push the T&G tight together. 1078lbs of max force sure makes this a lot easier than other methods i have seen. I would strongly recommend a hardwood wrench to anyone installing decking.

Ive been building decks for over 15 years now, and I cannot believe no one has ever made a tool this well before now. Not only does it save me time installing bowed boards, its saves me money since I have less scrap boards. After trying it out, I ordered 5 more to make sure each of my crews have at least 2 on the jobsite at all times.
