Our ipe deck fasteners work with wood that has been either air-dried or kiln-dried and are also available in a variety of colors.

This is important because if you’re going to let your ipe age gracefully to a silvery patina, then our patina gray fasteners will suit you best. Likewise, if you plan to keep your ipe deck a beautiful reddish brown, then using our brown fasteners is a perfect fit.

    I had a deck built around my pool a long time ago. Back then I didn’t know there were any options other than nailing the deck boards down. I have run a daycare out of my home for the last 8 years and I cannot tell you how many splinters I have pulled out of little feet and bandaids I have used on little toes due to those nails. We re-built our deck last summer and I cannot sing enough praises about these fasteners! Not only am I happy with the results, but my little ones are as well.
